What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
My at home must haves:
*at least 2 set of dumbbells, two different sizes
*different types of resistance bands
*a pair of sliders
*a jumprope
*a kettlebell
*a medicine ball
Are there certain days and times I can workout?
For online training, it works around your schedule! The workouts are already voiced over and recorded. All you do is show up!
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
The effort I put in for my clients are the same across the board, no matter if you are in person or virtual. You will always get the best of me as a trainer and the amount of fun I put in will keep you coming back. The workouts are effective, easy to understand with how I break it down and I encourage you along the way! My personality is electrifying and I keep working out fun but challenging!
